As the FORAGE CREW LEAD you will be involved in the day-to-day forage field operations. Operations would include cutting, chopping, harvesting, bagging, and transporting chopped forage. The Forage Crew Lead would manage the Forage Crew members and would be under the direct supervision of The Forage Operations Manager. Other duties to manage would include but are not limited to product testing/sampling, mechanical repairs and maintenance of forage/farm equipment, and bagging/piling of forage products. This position is physically demanding and fast paced. We are looking to hire for the 2025 harvest season.

Baling operations currently cover the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa. We are currently hiring 3 Seasonal Agricultural workers to assist with our baling operations. We are willing to train the right person. Employee will operate equipment including tractors and other farm equipment to assist with cutting, raking and baling hay and straw. Employee will complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, truck and tractor maintenance, and other general duties as needed.
