We're hiring a Forage Crew Lead for our farm in northeastern Colorado. This is a full-time, year-round, home nightly position. In this position you will be involved in the day to day field operations of cutting, chopping, harvesting, bagging, and transporting of all forage as well as mowing, raking, and baling of dry hay and managing Forage Crew members. The Forage Crew Leader will be under the direct supervision of The Forage Operations Manager. Other duties to manage would include but are not limited to product testing/sampling, mechanical repairs and maintenance of farm equipment, and bagging/piling of forage/silage and other forage products.
