John Keller - (2018)

John Keller was born on October 5, 1952, to Edward and June Keller in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. John grew up in Westville, Indiana as the oldest of six children with four sisters and one brother. He was raised on the farm driving a tractor at age 5 and driving his siblings to school by the time he was 10.

John is an avid gardener and loves to read. He read the entire encyclopedia series in grade school to pass the time. John began cooking at a young age and continues as the master chef of the family today.

John graduated from Marquette Catholic High School in Michigan City, Indiana. He started his career with Allis Chalmers at the La Porte plant in 1972 and went to the field in 1979. From 1989 to 1997, John was a Product Technical Specialist for AGCO. From 1997 to 2013, John worked as a Product Performance Manager. Since 2013, John has been a Field Service Specialist for AGCO.

John was voted best instructor at a conference in Las Vegas around 2011. In the mid 90's, he started a side business to produce and publish training videos.

If John isn't working in the garden, canning, or cooking, he can be found in the shop tinkering with a machine or playing the piano. John enjoys spending time with his 3 daughters, 8 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters.

John has traveled from China to Australia to Argentina and many places in between. He adapts to any culture in his gentle, solemn way and has made many friends in every place he has worked and visited. He says when he retires, he is going to stay home!
